Landlords can contact our Lettings staff simply by emailing them at firstname.lastname@example.org
This will come straight through to our IT server and your message will be made available to the Lettings staff, 6 days per week.

Landlords are still of course welcome to speak to our Lettings staff by calling them on 01684 575100 and selecting the “Lettings” option (option 2)
All of our Sales and Lettings staff have some involvement with Lettings issues but the main contacts are
Julia Forsyth, Lettings Manager, and Pauline Orgee,Ella Bevan, and Laurent Jarrett for property maintenance matters.
From time to time we bring in the expertise of the PLJ Block Managers, for example to help with major repairs to properties.
PLJ manages over 80 blocks of flats, mostly in Malvern and Worcester so we have a depth of knowledge relating to repairs, insurance claims and statutory issues.
We also have a tested selection of Contractors to hand that we can call on if needed.
Suitably trained Residential Sales staff also help out with viewings and administrative matters during busy times.
Please note that all of our Sales staff have reached a minimum of Guild Associate standard for Lettings, which is a Trading Standards accredited scheme of training.
Please note that PLJ has not increased its fees to Landlords because of the Tenant Fees ban.
