Fair Fee Policy Terms and Conditions
- Applies to Instructions new to the market from 1st January 2017. Estate Agency fees will not be matched on properties either previously marketed or being currently marketed by Philip Laney & Jolly. A qualifying period of 3 months from the date of the market appraisal will apply. - The Prospective Vendor must provide written evidence of the Estate Agency fee offered by another Estate Agent for the property concerned - The Level of service provision from the alternative Estate Agent must be deemed as comparable to that offered by Philip Laney & Jolly, Philip Laney & Jolly reserve the right to be the sole determiner regarding this point - The alternative quote must be obtained from an Estate Agency service based locally, defined as being within 15 miles of the Worcester branch (WR1 2LS) - Philip Laney & Jolly reserve the right to withdraw, suspend or amend the Fair Fee Policy scheme at any time without notice provided that we shall not exercise this right unreasonably.
