Zero rent arrears at PLJ

Many Tenants are finding things difficult at the moment, but they continue to keep their rental payments up-to-date.

This is important to many Landords who rely on their rental income as a sort of "pension".

The rental properties also need to be repaired and Statutory requirements such as Gas Safety Certificates need to be kept up to date.

So we are very pleased that there are zero rent arrears at PLJ, and will contunue to work hard to maintain that position for our Landlords.
